CHAM TALKS ABOUT MAKING HIT’S AND NOT FLOODING THE MARKET
Damion Beckett aka Baby Cham, now known to his fans as Cham, dished the skinny on his strategy of not flooding the market with his music.
He advised host ‘Chin’ that he has never worried about playing the game that way as he knows his capabilities and that no one else can do what he does, giving much credit to his support system, aka Team Cham. Cham added “The secret is making classics…naturally you are on the road working non- stop, if your songs are not classics when you retire no one will remember you because Jamaica is producing 50 songs a week or more!” With dancehall defining hits such as “Joyride,” “Showtime,” “Bruk Out” and “Ghetto Story” — Cham just may have proven his theory valid. The deejay also talked his friendship with Bounty, recording with his wife and lots more! Click below to listen.
